Return Notification: All return requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving the product.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Edgebanding products are non-returnable.
Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.
Condition of Returns: All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
